Travel Fee: $20 base  (0-10 miles) $1.25 per mile thereafter

Same Day Service: $20

Rush Service (Within 1 hour): $40

Holiday Appointments: $50-$75

Out-of-Hours Emergency: $75

Hospital signings: $35 - subject to wait time fees

Jail signings: $50 - subject to wait time fees

Hospice signings: $40 - subject to wait time fees

Wait time: $15 per 15 minutes after the first 15 minutes
